The French firm is expected to help Xiamen become a world-leading electric industrial base

.Well-known electric companies in the Torch High-tech Park in Xiamen already number 15, including ABB. These companies generated 4.46-billion-RMB industrial value in 2004.

The two French-funded projects will be built within the Torch High-tech Park and cover a land area of 23,560 square meters. Already approved by the local commerce and industry administration, the two projects are expected to finish construction at the end of the coming October.
