China's Commerce Minister Bo Xilai answers

China's Ministry of Commerce (MOC) will
take five concrete measures to promote trade and investment
cooperation between the six member countries of the Greater
Mekong Sub-region (GMS) economic cooperation mechanism.
China hopes to cooperate with foreign financial companies
including Temasek Holdings of Singapore, and welcomes
them to join China's financial reform, said Chinese
Vice Premier Huang Ju Friday.
