The MOU on the foreign-funded timber pulp and paper project was recently signed in Nanning. The MOU was signed by the four parties of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Government, Beihai City Government, Guangxi Gaofeng Timber Pulp and Paper Group and Finland's Stora Enso Corporation.The MOU aimed to speed up the construction of the raw material timberland in south Guangxi and to ensure raw material supply for the future timber pulp and paper project.
