Brief Introduction: Dalian Economic & Technological Development Zone was the
first development zone approved to set up by the State Council in Sept. 1984.
Its geographical location is advantageous, and the scale of the construction of
the zone is bigger. The basic infrastructure facilities and equipment have been
completed. The scale of foreign investment enterprises is also large, and most
of the products are exported. The level of utilizing foreign capital of the zone
is the highest among all development zones in China. Dalian Economic & Technological
Development Zone is one of the typical development zones in China.
