Zone is 19 km away from the city center, and it is provincial development zone
approved by the government. It has a planned area of 8.13 square km. The infrastructure
facilities have been completed. The transportation is also convenient, it is 15
km from the zone to the international airport. There are five opening ports in
Jiamusi which is the center city of Sanjiang Plain. There are rich grains, woods,
coals, and power resources.
