Brief Introduction: Shanghai Waigaoqiao Bonded Zone is one of the earliest bonded
zones in mainland of China, and it is one of the four different types of national
economic development demonstration zones. The zone is located in the main part
of Shanghai¡¯s international shipping system--- Waigaoqiao Port area. It is the
main economic pivot between domestic markets and international markets. Now complete
facilities and legal management systems have been set up in the zone, which focuses
on international trade, bonded warehousing, and export processing.
