Project of Making PVC Pipe Fittings

Project Content: Plan to produce a series of PVC pipe fittings including wire casings of 170 t/y, feed-pipes of 200 t/y, and discharge-pipes of 430 t/y.

Construction Condition: In 1991, we have successfully produced 5 kinds of 54 varieties up to 50 t/y PVC pipefittings. The products meet BS4607 Br. Standard.

Investment & Composition: Total investment amounts to US$ 1.4 million, of which, the fixed assets account for US$ 1.28 million, and working capital for US$ 0.12 million. Plan to introduce US$ 1 million of foreign investment.

Economic Benefit Evaluation: Upon completion, the annual sales volume of US$ 2 million, profit of US$ 0.6 million, and investment payoff term of 2.5 years.

Project Status: The project has been delivered for approval.
