Modification Project of Automobile& Motorcycle Lamps Production

Project Content: It is to modify the present production line and enlarge the existing capacity by 0.25 million pieces of automobile lamps and 0.5 million pieces of motorcycle lamps through introducing advanced equipment and process.

Construction Condition: The sponsor now satisfies all necessary requirements for manufacturing automobile lamps in large quantity: firstly, one single-shift of the existing production line imported from Italy can output 0.1 million pieces yearly; secondly, product quality meets ECE (European) standard; thirdly, the products have been supporting many well-known companies of manufacturing cars, minibus, etc. The project has a bright future of marketing.

Investment & Composition: Total investment amounts to US$ 3.6 million. Plan to introduce US$ 2.6 million foreign investment.

Economic Benefit Evaluation: Upon completion, annual sales volume of US$ 18.14 million, profit of US$ 4.42 and tax of US$ 2.15 million, and investment payoff term of 4 years.

Project Status: It is one of the important projects of the State Economic and Trade Commission and has been approved.
