Project of Producing Hydraulic Valve Lifters

Project Content: Plan to introduce some key equipment so as to extend the present production line up to 1 million hydraulic valve lifters per year.

Construction Condition: Hanchuan Oil Pump and Valve Plant mainly produces hydraulic valve lifters with capacity of 400,000 pieces per year. It is the only company which has been empowered to manufacture hydraulic valve lifters on large scale in China. An agreement to supply lifters has been signed with Beijing Jeep Co. Ltd. since 1995.

Investment & Composition: Total investment amounts to US$ 2.42 million, of which, fixed assets account for US$ 2.05 million. Plan to introduce US$ 1.5 million of foreign investment.

Economic Benefit Evaluation: Annual sales volume of US$ 4.02 million, profit and tax of US$ 1.63 million, net profit of US$ 0.68 million, and investment payoff term of 4 years.

Project Status: The project has been approved by Hubei Economic & Trade Commission.

Mode of Cooperation: Joint venture or financed by foreign countries' governments or other means.
