Project Content: It is planned to build a hotel of three-star standard with building floor space of 3,000 square meters including standard rooms, dinning halls, a conference center, and entertainment centers in Dawu County.

Construction Condition: Dawu County is located in the center of Central Plain with convenient traffic transportation. It connects Jingzhu Expressway, Jingguang Railway. It is rich in tourism resources. In order to fill the blank of high-grade hotels in the local area, the building of the three-star standard hotel is becoming a must.

Investment & Composition: Total investment amounts to US$ 3.62 million, of which, fixed assets account for US$ 3 million, working capital for US$ 0.62 million. Plan to introduce US$ 3 million of foreign investment.

Economic Benefit Evaluation: Upon completion, the annual business income of US$ 3.5 million, profit of US$ 1.2 million, tax of US$ 0.25 million, and investment payoff term of 3 years.

Project Status: The feasibility study is under evaluation.

Mode of Cooperation: Joint venture or cooperation.

Introduction to Sponsor: The hotel is planned to be located near Jingzhu Expressway.
