Project of the Second-phase Comprehensive Construction

Project Content: The second-phase comprehensive construction of Nanmen river includes rebuilding the middle-section of Nanmen river with a total length of 600 meters, and widening the riverbed by 60-90 meters. It is planned to seal the river course by building a cement tunnel, and to build commercial houses and markets along two sides of the river, and amusement park over the river.

Construction Condition: This project not only develops housing construction but also brings the river under control. So the government will adopt more preferential policies to it.

Investment & Composition: Total investment amounts to US$ 6.02 million. Plan to introduce US$ 6.02 million of foreign investment.

Economic Benefit Evaluation: Annual profit and tax of US$ 1.81 million, and investment payoff term of 3 years.

Project Status: The first-phase construction has been completed and has formed Yunmeng Commercial Street. The feasibility, survey, general design work for the second-phase have been finished. The pre-construction of the second-phase is under going.

Mode of Cooperation: Exclusive investment.
