Project of Disposal Treatment in Soybean Processing

Project Content: Plan to treat 800 t/y of the disposal from soybean processing and make it meet the emission standard, at the same time, to recycle 300 tons of galactenzyme, 450 tons globulin and other by-products.

Construction Condition: Using film technique, the project plans to refine nutrition by treating soybean sewage, which consuming less energy and raw materials. Those products have been widely applied in area of processing health food. So the project enjoys vast potential markets.

Investment & Composition: Total investment amounts to US$ 3.05 million, of which, fixed assets account for US$ 2.33 million, and working capital for US$ 0.72 million. Plan to introduce US$ 0.93 million of foreign investment.

Economic Benefit Evaluation: Annual sales volume of US$ 7.98 million, profit of US$ 2.32 million and tax of US$ 0.19 million. Investment payoff rate of 75.9% and payoff term of 1 years.

Project Status: The project has achieved successful trial production.

Mode of Cooperation: Joint venture.

Introduction to Sponsor: Yunmeng Longyun Protein Food Company is the biggest manufacturer in China, which processes soybean of 25,000 tons per year, and covers an area of 39,000 sq. meters and owns fixed assets of US$ 12.28 million.
