Project Content: Yingcheng City, with township area of 13 square km, and permanent resident of 130,000, is the important industrial base of salt and gypsum of Hubei Province. Its water consumption reaches 100,000 t/d. It is planned to construct a 17.5 km long water-introduction project from Duan'gang reservoir to the urban area.

Construction Condition: The volume of Duan'gang reservoir reaches 90.2 million cubic meters. Newly added water is 26.95 million cubic meters yearly. It can meet the demand both of living and industry consumption.

Investment & Composition: Total investment amounts to US$ 3 million, of which, fixed assets of US$ 3 million. Plan to introduce US$ 3 million of foreign investment.

Economic Benefit Evaluation: Annual sales volume of US$ 1.96 million, profit of 0.42 million, and investment payoff term of 6 years.

Project Status: The project has been approved by the provincial Planning Commission already; and the feasibility study has been completed.
