Economic Benefit Evaluation: Upon completion, annual sales volume of US$ 4.85 million, profit and tax of US$ 2.57 million, and investment payoff term of 2.5 years.

Project Status: The project has been listed the '99 important projects for technical modification of Xiaogan City.
