Project of Producing New Effective Bio-Pesticide (BT)

Project Content: Plan to establish a new 5,000 t/y of BT production line through BTHD-73 gene project reform and to develop ginkgo biological pesticide by using ginkgo as material.

Construction Condition: To prevent and cure plant diseases by using biological pesticides is a current development direction in the field of pesticides or plant protection. The effect of this new BT is 20-30% higher than the ordinary kind and enjoys a bright future.

Investment & Composition: Total investment amounts to US$ 2.52 million, of which, fixed assets account for US$ 1.51 million, and working capital for US$ 1.01 million. The sponsor invests up to US$ 0.52 million and the partner for US$ 2 million.

Economic Benefit Evaluation: Annual sales volume of US$ 6.05 million, profit of US$ 1.93 million, and investment payoff term of 1.33 years.

Project Status: An agreement of combined experiment with China Agricultural University has scored.
