The Rimmed Mould for Ceramic Tile, which is made using vacuum technique to edge with the new alloy of high wear-resisting and high tenacity on its casting tool, has the important advantages of longevity of service (which is five times as much as the export one), accurate dimension and clear-cut edges. It attains the world advanced level. And it is also the national major new product as well as a patented product. The factory covers a floor space of 2500 square meters with staff of 80, and annual minimum production of 6000 moulds, output value of more than RMB 30 million per year, and profit of RMB 10 million per year. The total investment is about RMB 15 million to 20 million. We have 2 sets of export argon art welding machine, 1 set of nitrogen protection heating furnace, several various moulds making machine, 4 sets of TDI-PTMEG ployurethane compounding and processing vacuum equipment, 3 sets of rubber sticking machine, 4 transport stuck, 5 sets test instrument, 1700 square meters workshop. Total value:50 include 15 middle and senior technicians. We get: NATIONAL MAJOR NEW PRODUCTS 2, PROVINCIAL MAJOR NEW PRODUCTS 2, NATIONAL PATENTED PRODUCTS 2. The Research Institute has been chosen as a developing high and news techniques enterprise of Guangdong province.
