Shiwan and its surrounding area is the production base for ceramics in China, owning hundreds of ceramic manufacturing enterprises and thousands of ceramic presses and hundreds of polishers. While producing various high, middle and low-grade ceramic products, these enterprises also produces a lot of ceramic waste. According to our rough statistics, there are about 80,000 tons of such waste (which contains Sio2, Al2O3 and other chemical ingredients ) each year, yet the treatment for such waste in all these enterprises at the present has only one way-dumping the waste to the rubbish heap. This is not only a kind of waste of resources but waste of land resources because it requires dozens mu of land to pile or transmit the wastes. Otherwise these ceramic wastes contain various chemical ingredients, piling them in an open place for a long time may pollute the environment, and damage the health of people. In addition, parts of enterprises place the ceramic waste water treatment facility aside and directly drain the sewage and waste material into the river of waterway, polluting the water resources and serious damaging the health of people. We plan to recover such ceramic waste for processing, to produce the new building materials, realizing the change from waste to treasure. With existing factory building, we welcome clients owning such technology to come and talk about cooperation intention. Belonging to environmental protection projects, this project will obtain the great support of the governmental functional departments.
