Project Content: The project include the production, advancing reduction,
molding and sintering of ITO material powder, the pressing molding
and precision work of ITO target material, the recovery of waste ITO
target material and other technological processes' design, infrastructure,
equipment installment and debugging production. There are mainly ITO
material powder production line and installment & production line
construction of cold pressing machine, hot pressing machine and so
on.
Zhzhou smelter was built in 1956, one of national big enterprises
in nonferrous metal smelting. The main products are lead, zinc and
alloy. Comprehensively retrieve copper, gold and sliver, bismuth,
indium, cadmium etc about 20 valuable metals. Now there are four smelting
production systems of zinc, lead and copper and rare metals retrieval.
The annual capacity of metal production is 360000 tons including 180000
tons sulfuric acids and 400000 tons indium spindles all that provide
large resource for ITO target material production.
The requirement of target material is about 20 tons in our country
and most of which is depend on import. With the development of electronic
industry, the requirement must be larger. After we complete the industrialization
of ITO target material, the relative density of target material will
above 98%. The advantages of quality and price of our product will
make us monopolize the domestic market and occupy the international
market. It is estimated that the output value will be about 70 million
RMB and profit & tax will be 30 million RMB per year after building
the ITO target material production line with annual output 15 tons.
